Shipping Policy

In-Stock Orders are packed and shipped within 2 - 4 days.

Pre-Ordered (Back Ordered) Items are poured, cleaned with precision, dried for 48 hrs and fired.  Once the kiln has cooled for approximately 24 hrs, your product will be packed and shipped.  The processing time ranges between 2 to 2 1/2 weeks.  Normal days ~ 1 1/2 to 2 weeks   Around Holidays ~ 2 to 2 1/2 weeks

If you receive a broken item/items, Do Not Discard Anything.  Please take picture of the Box, Packing Material and the product. Send all the pictures to [email protected] or Facebook Messenger for Ladies Night Ceramics ~ Ceramic Bisque for Sale.  You may also text the pictures to 717-524-6198. After I receive the pictures, I will submit a claim to USPS and they will send you a letter within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks requesting the package be dropped off at the nearest Post Office.  This will ensure Ladies Night Ceramics will be reimbursed for the cost of the bisque.  In the meantime, I will make it right with you (My valued customer).  You have a choice to have a replacement sent as soon as possible or you may get a total refund of the broken item/items. IMPORTANT : The customer has 7 days from the time of delivery to contact me regarding any broken items to receive reimbursement or replacement of the broken item.  

We wrap each piece of bisque in bubble wrap, then shrink wrap before placing them into our corrugated lined boxes to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Carrier : United States Parcel Service Ground Advantage ~ Delivery time 2 to 7 days
