If you receive a broken item/items, Do Not Discard Anything. Please take picture of the Box, Packing Material and the product. Send all the pictures to [email protected] or Facebook Messenger for Ladies Night Ceramics ~ Ceramic Bisque for Sale. You may also text the pictures to 717-524-6198. After I receive the pictures, I will submit a claim to USPS and they will send you a letter within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks requesting the package be dropped off at the nearest Post Office. This will ensure Ladies Night Ceramics will be reimbursed for the cost of the bisque. In the meantime, I will make it right with you (My valued customer). You have a choice to have a replacement sent as soon as possible or you may get a total refund of the broken item/items. IMPORTANT : The customer has 7 days from the time of delivery to contact me regarding any broken items to receive reimbursement or replacement of the broken item.
